ABOUT
Guillaume has always been passionate about art, physical achievement and aspired to a career that touches people and changes his environment. His hard work and determination lifted him to the highest levels of professional circus and allowed him to win prestigious awards as well as working for companies like Cirque Éloize and Cirque du Soleil on Broadway.
Over the years, he has been able to appropriate and develop the Duo Trapeze, and be in the world top 5 in his discipline. His latest achievement in NofitState alongside Firenza Guidi allowed him to develop his acting skills and his stage presence. As co-founder and artistic director of Le Monastère, Guillaume acts as a catalyst of ideas and talents for the company. Endowed with a unifying spirit and a bold vision, he mobilizes the forces around him to carry out projects.
Guillaume Blais is a contemporary circus artist and artistic director based in Montréal, Canada.
Over the years, he has performed over 5000 shows in more than 30 countries around the world and won different special prices and awards with his work.
